Tina Branch Watts

Present Position: Tina Branch Watts is the Community & Education Relations Specialist for Boeing Alabama. She serves as steward for Boeing's social and monetary investment in the North Alabama community while implementing the overall corporate community and education relations mission. In addition, she assists and supports the development and maintenance of relationships with major companies, organizations, and key local community leaders regarding educational, health and human services, cultural and arts, and civic issues. Tina serves as the Company Advisor to the Employee Community Fund (ECF) of Alabama and the Company's volunteer efforts.

Past Positions: Prior to her position at Boeing, Tina was the senior marketing manager for ITC^DeltaCom in Huntsville , Alabama , where she directed all internal and external marketing initiatives. She has also held business development, marketing, and community relations positions with Everest Technologies and Micro Craft, Inc. in Tennessee . She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associates degree in Management Information System.


ROBERT C. FOLEY

Assistant Dean

College of Engineering

University of South Alabama

Bob is currently the Assistant Dean of Engineering at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama.  In that position he is program administrator for the College's externally funded projects, as well as industry and educational outreach programs.  Bob received the Bachelor of Engineering Science from the U. S. Coast Guard Academy and a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University.  He is a certified airframe and power plant mechanic, a rated pilot in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft, and a thirty year U.S. Coast Guard veteran having retired with the rank of Captain (0-6).  His Coast Guard experience included both seagoing and aviation assignments in operations and engineering.  Management assignments included commander of an aviation training center, director of engineering at an aircraft overhaul and repair facility and the Washington, D.C. based program manager for all Coast Guard aeronautical engineering programs.  He has managed major systems acquisitions projects, multi-million dollar budget programs and a large array of government contracts.  His notable awards and recognitions have included the:  Presidential Legion of Merit, Department of Transportation Fellow for Excellence in Government and U.S. Secretary of Transportation Team Award
